The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, the room very clean and you are right in the middle of everything. The furniture is a bit outdated but the shower was hot and strong. We stayed for 5 nights and felt very safe. The view out of the window on Oban Bay was unreal.
We are just back from this hotel it was beautiful we were in the windows 12 suite ,ive never been in such a huge room . It was spotless and the bed was very comfortable Plenty heaters in the room ,and a little fridge which was handy Shower was nice and hot We will be back next year
Traveled from Glasgow - Oban with my daughter and stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean, all staff were very helpful and were happy to accommodate. The breakfast was beautiful lots of options available. 10/10 stay and would definitely come back again. The sea view room was Amazing and much better than I imagined. The room was also well equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board which I thought was great.
Just had a lovely 3 days here room clean & spacious with the adding bonus of a stunning view . Shiram & jungita where really lovely & helpful nothing was a problem 4 them . The both of them made our stay more enjoyable . Cant wait 2 come bk & see them . Sandra & shug

Highly Recommend! Our sea-view Double Room was absolutely fantastic and the room was clean upon arrival. The hotel features a Victorian lift, which we were fascinated about. Overall, we wish they provided a few more shampoo/soap amenities and the shower was a bit easier to work (not the best shower temperature), but still a brilliant stay.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the grand suit as it was my birthday, they even left me a card wishing me a very happy birthday, thought that was really sweet of them. The room was lovely and clean and comfy, we had one but two four poster beds in the room, along with a dining table and a leather suite. The breakfast was amazing tooo. What more could you ask for. Would definitely recommend 100%.
